Communication Soft Skills Series

Communication Soft Skills Series is a set of 5–15-minute modules designed to educate students on the importance of communication. With the use of videos and competency building activities, students gain aptitude over the different forms of communication.

Deciphering an Email

Upon completion of this Microlesson, students will understand how to decode a piece of communication and analyze it to determine the main message, the tone, and what form of communication is being used.

Non-Verbal Cues

Upon completion of this Microlesson, students will have defined non-verbal cues, identified their importance in the communication process, practiced interpreting them, and reflected on how to use them in the workplace.

Summarizing Aural Messages

Upon completion of this Microlesson, students will have practiced interpreting the most important and relevant details from a piece of aural communication.
